Welcome to Firenote (the “App”). Please read these terms carefully. They apply to your use of Firenote.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Firenote, you agree to these terms.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not distribute illegal or malicious content
- Do not interfere with normal operation of the App
- Do not infringe others’ rights
3. Data responsibility
Firenote is a recording tool only and is not responsible for data accuracy or investment outcomes.
4. Accounts and subscriptions
Some features may require an account or subscription and follow Apple App Store rules.
5. Intellectual property
The App’s trademarks, code, and interface are protected by law. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.
6. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or terminate the service and will try to notify subscribers in advance.
7. Disclaimer
Firenote is an assistive recording tool and does not constitute investment advice.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to a court where the developer is located.
